The University of Minnesota Duluth updated the Former School of Business and Economics building. This 40,000sf building was renovated to increase energy efficiency through a complete redesign of the HVAC system, updating existing lighting, and upgrading the buildings technology system.
Updates were also provided to meet code requirements as well as to make the building 100% accessible all while following the University of Minnesota’s standard procedures for construction and working with the university’s unifier program which makes all documents pertinent to the project available online.
