The University of Minnesota Duluth renovated Montague Hall to increase energy efficiency through a complete redesign of the HVAC system, updates to existing lighting, and upgrades to the buildings technology system.
Updates were also provided to meet code requirements as well as make the building 100% accessible all while following the University of Minnesota’s standard procedures for construction and working with the University’s unifier program which makes all documents pertinent to the project available online.
