St. Cloud State University | Wick Science Center

St. Cloud, MN

The new addition to the Wick Science Center consists of new laboratory space for the Chemistry and Biology Departments. This three story structure with a partial basement adds 32,000 square feet of new science lab facilities for the campus. The program includes biology and chemistry laboratory spaces for undergraduate programs. The new structure is connected at all three levels to the existing science building. The design of the building is done to complement the Wick Science Center and provide new technologies in laboratory space.

This facility is the first phase of a series of science laboratory facilities for the campus and follows the planning in the 2005 Campus Plan and the 2006 College of Science Master Plan. This project is a MnSCU project and RRTL provided the predesign services, the master plan, and the building design.
