Saint John’s University | Flynntown Apartments

This student housing project for Saint John’s University consists of 15 apartments for 60 students. The plans provide a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 baths for every four students. The common area program space is located in the Community Center located immediately across the street. The scale of the building is modulated into five gable roof forms that are aesthetically compatible with the Vincent Court Housing across the street. The structure is a three story wood frame structure with a cast in place concrete foundation.
