St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR)

Home of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR), this project has served an Executive Board office, training center, administrative office, credit union, and a sales area since designed and built by the same team in 1984.

In the 2005 re-creation, the single level brick building’s main façade is articulated with a metallic blue screen wall that accents the entry and is visible from a nearby highway. The building is residential in scale along the back side of the building.

Although the Association has grown from 1500 to 4000 members over the past 20 years, the building has continued to flexibly serve the association while maintaining a fresh and inviting appearance.
