South Central College

This complex project affected virtually every space on campus. The multitude of programs included: classrooms and labs of all sorts, student study & activity spaces, assembly & administrative offices, a bookstore, and a library.

The dramatic curving glass and stone form of the two story addition calls attention to the college and creates a new welcoming identity for it in the community. It houses a second floor library, and first floor student commons and meeting center.

Renovations took place in all corners of the existing campus, during more than ten phases of construction sequencing. The school remained in session throughout this process.
