Renovating this beautiful east Duluth home to house Morning Star Birthing Center was a great fit for their services. We were able to provide 3 unique birthing suites, family waiting room, quiet rooms, exam rooms, staff offices, conference rooms and kitchen to the space to provide a calming facility for those bringing new life into the world. The building provided many code challenges that we were able to work through for a successful project.
