Will St. Germaine

Project Manager | Architect,

Growing up I knew I wanted to be an Architect, as well as a Fire Fighter and Soldier. As a 14 year old, I wrote my future self a letter expressing my desire to become an architect. I achieved that goal by first receiving my undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture directly followed by a Master of Architecture. I previously served in the Army National Guard for 6 years with 2 years active duty. One day I would like to become a volunteer fire fighter. My history with buildings started by swinging a hammer working in maintenance and later in construction leading small crews. My architecture career began in residential working on renovations and additions in the Twin Cities metro and outlying areas. From there I worked on teams in the commercial retail realm, gaining experience on fast paced remodels on a variety of large (inter)national projects spread throughout the United States and Canada. I love to be part of a team pooling people’s knowledge and skills to create a cohesive whole.
