Arrange, Connectedness, Intellection, Input, Responsibility

Mandi Tauferner

Project Manager | Architect, St. Paul

I am fascinated by the interconnectness of things and enjoy approaching projects by comprehensively gathering the variables included, arranging them in a beautiful way, and taking the responsibility to see the solution through. To me, the more challenges and constraints in a project the more apt and elegant the design solution can be. Basically, I thrive on creative problem solving. My personality type is the quintessential architect, which likely was formed from heavily influences of my mechanically minded father and curiosity and artistically driven mother. On top of that I am a middle child who is a natural team player, negotiator and mediator. To me it is clear I was built for, and love, exactly what I do.
